Mulhuddart Sport Taekwon-Do Club had a great outting at the 2010 ITF Taekwon-Do - ITA Irish Cup championships which took place on 29th & 30th May in Baldoyle. Over the weekend 374 competitors from 29 clubs representing ITA, RITA, INTA, TKDI, Red Star, Pulse, ETA and NITA competed for the title of Irish Cup Champion. The standard was very high in patterns and sparring with some very large and competitive divisions. As always the organisation of the event was top class thanks to the ITA Tournament & Umpire Committee which saw the entire event run like clockwork and finish on schedule at 2.30pm Sunday, which was fantastic especially for the people communting from clubs outside Dublin. The best clubs of the 29 competing were;
