|| About the Instructor

Our chief instructor is Mr. Donal O'Donoghue. Having  commenced Taekwon-Do training in 1985, his pathway in the sport has developed from child beginner to national and international competitor, instructor, coach and tutor. Mr. O'Donoghue currently  holds  a 5th Dan Black Belt awarded by the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF).

As a competitor Mr. O'Donoghue held many National titles in Patterns, Sparring and Special Technique. At International level Mr. O'Donoghue was World Cup Champion in 2012, European Vice Champion in 2005  and was a member of the Irish Team that  won the silver medal at the 2005 ITF World Championships in Germany.

Mr. O'Donoghue coaches in the Dublin-ITF Sports Centre, he is a qualified CDPI Tutor, Coach Level 2.
